Precision Custom Counters, LLC is a veteran owned, family operated business started in 2018 by brothers-in-law Mike Miller and Rob Schultz. Formally Benkowitsch & Sons, Inc., a thirty year successful business in creating custom laminate counters, Precision Custom Counters is a company that works to hold the same values that made its predecessor great!  Giving our customers the best deal and treating them as though they are family motivates us to treat all projects with the utmost attention to detail.

Mike Miller (Left), a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, pursued a career in carpentry and building counter tops after his years of military service.  This all started in 2015 when he began to work with Benkowitsch & Sons, Inc. owner John Benkowitsch.  He developed a passion for building unique counter designs through the mentorship of John, learning everything there is to know about the business.  After years of working behind one of the best in the business, he took the leap of purchasing the business from John Benkowitsch in the beginning of 2018 with Rob Schultz.

Rob Schultz (Right), has a background of business from his degree in marketing from Penn State University to the variety of business management and customer service positions in the his years in the work force.  He uses his years of experience to find the best solution and services for any of his customers.  After joining Benkowitsch & Sons in 2017,  Rob loved the process of building unique designs and providing a product that customers raved about.  The initial reaction to the business developed a passion that rivals Mike's and brought them together to purchase the business.
